Tasks

• Tuyển dụng 5–10 vị trí / tháng từ Junior đến Senior (Marketing, Creative Product Idea, Tiktok Channel Operation, v.v.).
• Tìm kiếm và xây dựng nguồn ứng viên qua các kênh như Facebook, LinkedIn, Group ngành, mạng lưới cá nhân…
• Thiết kế và vận hành quy trình tuyển dụng : từ lên JD, xây tiêu chí đánh giá, phỏng vấn, đến onboarding và thử việc.
• Đồng hành cùng ứng viên trong quá trình thử việc và phối hợp đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc.
• Số hóa quy trình tuyển dụng : cập nhật, ghi nhận và báo cáo bằng các công cụ như Google Sheet, LarkSuite, Notion, …
