Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Take full responsibility for the smooth operations of all business centers across the network.
Design and drive strategic business initiatives in partnership with major telecom providers, focusing on subscriber acquisition and telecom package growth.
Build and sustain long-term partnerships with clients and strategic stakeholders.
Conduct market research and business performance reviews to guide future growth strategies.
Define organizational structure and internal frameworks for the Sales Department; ensure targets are met and operations run efficiently.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to deliver on business objectives; work cross-functionally to maintain strong operational support.
Provide regular reports and business updates to the Executive Board.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Commerce.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales / business development in telecommunications, software, payment, or e-commerce industries, with at least 3 years in a similar managerial position.
Preference for candidates with experience in telecom services / products and a strong network with major Telco providers.
Prior exposure to VAS or telecom subscriber growth initiatives is a significant advantage.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital work tools.
