Our client is a top-notch manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Job description :
1. Customer Development & Sales :
Directly execute sales plans according to objectives set by Head of Sales.
Proactively search, approach, consult, and sell Kin Green carton packaging solutions to B2B customers (manufacturers, FDI enterprises) in Hưng Yên and nearby provinces within a 150km radius.
Achieve individual targets on revenue, new customer acquisition, and market coverage.
Draft quotations, contracts, conduct negotiations, and close deals.
2. Customer Care & Management :
Receive, take care of, and develop existing customers transferred from parent company (upsell / cross-sell).
Build and maintain close relationships with customers, becoming their reliable business partner.
Handle feedback and complaints professionally.
3. Coordination & Reporting :
Work closely with Production to ensure delivery commitments.
Coordinate with Accounting to monitor receivables and debt collection.
Report sales activities, results, and market insights regularly to Head of Sales.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience .
Priority for candidates with experience in carton packaging, paper, printing, or other industrial products for factories / industrial zones.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Resilient, persistent, result-driven, and able to handle high-pressure sales targets.
Good knowledge of B2B sales processes, high independence in work.
Proficiency in office IT tools.
English communication skills are a significant advantage when working with FDI clients.
