What You will Do :

  • Office operations – manage reception, utilities, supplies, IT asset inventory and vendor contracts for Tan Phu District office.
  • Accounting support – post daily transactions, reconcile bank / cash, prepare VAT invoices and assist with month-end closing under VAS.
  • Payroll prep – consolidate timesheets, allowances and deductions; coordinate with external payroll provider.
  • HR administration – draft contracts, onboard newcomers, track leave and maintain personnel files in compliance with labour law.
  • Recruitment logistics – schedule interviews, arrange candidate travel and issue offer letters.
  • Event & travel coordination – organise team buildings, off-sites and visitor itineraries.
  • Compliance & reporting – file statutory reports (labour, tax, insurance), liaise with authorities during inspections.
  • Be the go-to person between management, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Preferred Background :

    Experience

  • Proven experience in office management or HR administration
  • Hard Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HR processes such as payroll and employee documentation
  • Ability to manage office operations and supply chain coordination
  • Knowledge of performance reporting and data management
  • Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English language, written and spoken
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high sense of responsibility
