Sea Logistics – CFS Warehouse Coordinator

You will be part of our Sea Logistics CFS team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.

Your Role

The CFS Subcontractor Warehouse Coordinator oversees the coordination and compliance efforts between CFS, the SGN office team, and third-party warehouses to ensure efficient and compliant operations in line with customer SOPs. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining quality standards, fostering collaboration, and optimizing performance metrics within the supply chain.

Your Responsibilities

• Guide subcontractors in adhering to customer SOPs during receiving, stuffing, inventory, customs process, Trucking Process…
• Co-Ordinator between the SGN office team and third-party warehouse : forecast, trouble report, communication, and collaboration.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party subcontractors based on established KPIs, QSHE, CTPAT and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance efficiency and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of subcontractor activities and generate reports to assess performance and compliance.
