Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Manager

Job Description :

• Lead the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team to support production with process improvements and optimization.
• Oversee the design, setup, and validation of production processes, equipment, and tooling.
• Develop and maintain BOM / BOP and ensure accuracy in process documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement projects such as SMED, TPM, Hoshin, and QRQC to improve OEE, productivity, and reduce scrap.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to resolve technical issues and support new product introduction.
• Manage cost reduction projects, equipment utilization, and process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Coach and develop engineers to build technical expertise within the ME team.
