Our client is a top-notch technology company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve and surpass revenue goals across the APAC region.
Proactively identify and capitalize on new business prospects to increase market presence and fulfill sales targets.
Establish and nurture enduring relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Develop and lead the next generation of the sales team.
Work closely with the Delivery Manager and internal departments to guarantee the smooth execution of software solutions and services for customers.
Keep abreast of market developments and competitor actions to refine sales approaches and enhance market positioning.
Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and client engagements to showcase the company's service portfolio.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA is advantageous).
Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager or equivalent role within the IT sector, with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales objectives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building trust with clients and conducting effective negotiations.
Comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing tactics, especially within the IT Outsourcing (ITO) industry.
Strong familiarity with the APAC market and its cultural intricacies is highly preferred.
Proven capacity to work autonomously, lead a sales team, and collaborate productively across various functions.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
