Job Description
The internship will provide a strong foundational knowledge of talent acquisition, executive search operations, and internal stakeholder management.
Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing and talent acquisition activities.
Building up a database of prospects.
Input and update data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records.
Research information about the market, clients, and industry.
Coordinate with responsible people from other divisions to collect information for weekly, monthly reports.
Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the CRM system.
Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business development activities.
Support employee wellbeing & internal communications activities of company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or closely related fields.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and other communication platforms is highly recommended.
- Self-starters who are results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious, and who take initiative and risks.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, take initiative, showcase curiosity, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Fluent in both written and reading English.
- Laptop is required.
