Our client is a leading manufacturing company in Vietnam that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Sales Data Management
Develop standards for sales data and a roadmap for data digitalization. Direct the team to implement according to the roadmap.
Provide management reports including :
Price analysis by channel and monthly sales programs.
Sales data analysis and report updates.
Demand aggregation and forecasting.
Sales Process Optimization
Review and audit operations processes across all sales distribution channels, including internal sales procedures, interdepartmental cooperation, and external customer interactions. Identify risks and areas for optimization.
Apply management methodologies such as LEAN, Six Sigma, and Agile to update and refine processes.
Implement change management principles to guide departments following structured processes.
Automate workflows using existing or newly developed software tools.
Sales Policies and Compliance
Develop sales policies by proactively analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales programs, providing insights to support operational and business plans.
Propose optimized sales programs tailored to regions and territories, ensuring system consistency.
Target and Performance Management
Represent the Sales Director in ensuring the sales force and direct sales support operate efficiently, smoothly, and with high performance by :
Continually updating and comprehensively assessing the sales team's activities (targets, routes, policies, capabilities, productivity).
Identifying risks and obstacles affecting performance.
Collaborating with core teams (MD, RSM, PSM, Trade Marketing Manager) to develop short, medium, and long-term solutions.
Researching industry sales team operation models and practices to suggest suitable improvements.
Work with RSM and MD to set sales targets for internal and customer sales teams.
Serve as a business intelligence resource to support sales team performance by providing data, insights, and identifying sales opportunities and market directions.
Monitor sales execution closely through digital tools (e.g., DMS, Power BI).
Recommend sales team rewards and disciplinary actions periodically (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Coordinate with HR on identifying weaknesses and planning skill development for the sales team.
Team Management
Manage the performance and work results of the Sales Excellence team through KPIs.
Resolve conflicts and maintain team engagement.
Promote continuous skill development within the team.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience : 3-5 years in a similar role within FMCG, building materials, or industrial sectors.
Technical Competencies : Knowledge of business models and products is an advantage.
