What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct manual testing of payment-related features, including domestic / international bank transfers, wallet top-ups, refunds, and settlement processes
• Verify end-to-end transaction flows, including API validation (Postman / Swagger), UI consistency, and error handling
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to identify gaps, validate new features, and ensure regression testing is performed thoroughly
• Document test cases and execution results clearly; raise bugs with detailed reproduction steps and evidence (logs / screenshots / video)
• Maintain high accuracy in reconciling transaction records vs system reports to detect mismatches or abnormal behaviors
• Monitor live environments post-deployment for critical issues and ensure resolution timelines are tracked
