The Marketing Manager establishes, builds and leads all marketing functions from marketing strategy and brand storytelling to the shopping experience and customer contact strategy.

The position is responsible for supporting the design and facilitating the process for short and mid-term strategic planning; leading divisional budget planning, vendor management for brand marketing, and product development.

Furthermore, this position also takes on the responsibilities of Omnichannel and Digital Marketing Manager not only requires the ability to build, deploy, and evaluate strategies effectively but also the one to implement detailed items for Omnichannel and Digital strategy.

KRA 1 : Omnichannel  Development and Management

• Omnichannel Infrastructure Development
• Omnichannel Sales and Brand-Building Strategy Development (Dine-In, Take-Away, Internal & External Delivery, Other NBC)

KRA 2 : Marketing Strategy Development

KRA 3 : Marketing Strategy Execution

KRA 4 : People management and compliance
