Our client is a leading international hospital in Vietnam who is looking for an experienced talent to join their firm.

Legal Compliance & Risk Management :
Ensure the hospital’s full compliance with national laws, healthcare regulations, and international standards.
Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them across all departments.
Monitor changes in legislation affecting healthcare operations and advise management accordingly.
Contract Management : Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, including vendor contracts, employment agreements, partnership MOUs, and service-level agreements.
Maintain a systematic record of all contracts and legal documents.
Regulatory Affairs : Liaise with government authorities and regulatory agencies on licensing, accreditation, data protection, and hospital operation matters.
Support internal teams in meeting regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
Dispute Resolution & Legal Advisory
Manage or coordinate external counsel in handling disputes, litigation, or arbitration cases involving the hospital.
Provide legal opinions and advice on diverse issues including labor law, intellectual property, medical liability, and corporate governance.
Policy & Governance
Develop, implement, and update internal legal policies and procedures to ensure transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise legal awareness among hospital staff.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with departments such as HR, Finance, Procurement, and Medical Affairs to ensure all operations and transactions comply with legal standards.
Advise the hospital’s executive leadership on strategic initiatives, partnerships, and risk exposure.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a recognized university; a law practicing certificate or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years of legal experience, ideally within healthcare, corporate, or international organizations.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws, labor law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in contract negotiation, legal documentation, and dispute resolution.
Strong analytical, advisory, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Vietnamese.
Proven ability to manage multiple legal projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
High ethical standards, attention to detail, and strong professional integrity.
Familiarity with international healthcare regulations and hospital accreditation processes is an advantage.
