About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead our O&M team and oversee warehouse and asset management, as well as customer service support. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and ensuring smooth operations across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a background in 2-wheeler motorcycle service and maintenance, with E2W knowledge being a significant plus. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Operations & Maintenance team , ensuring smooth operations and reliable asset performance.
• Oversee production, maintenance, and repair activities , ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with standards.
• Implement and monitor SLA, SOP, and QA documentation to ensure consistent and efficient processes.
• Manage preventive & predictive maintenance programs , incident escalation, and anomaly tracking.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for risk analysis, procurement, logistics, and inventory management .
• Monitor and optimize OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) , driving Lean Manufacturing and TPM initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and ISO standards in a highly automated, safety-critical environment.
• Provide technical guidance for robotics, PLCs, automation systems, and battery-related operations.
