The Trade Operations Exim Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the import and export activities of the company within Vietnam. This role requires a deep understanding of trade regulations and customs laws, as well as the ability to develop strategies that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in trade operations and a proven track record of managing complex logistics and supply chain processes.

• Location Vietnam
• Salary : Max upto 2000 USD Gross
• Plus Visa, Air Tickets and accommodation
• Copy documents sent to buyer within 5 working days ,Ensure all documents are sent to the buyer within the specified timeframe to verified on daily basis TAT and reported to Line manager before delay.
• Strong Follow-up for OBL collections, Guide and monitor subordinates to maintain consistent follow-up for timely collections and avoiding financial losses.
• Avoiding demurrage, detention, or additional costs, Implement strategies preventing extra costs such as demurrage or detention fees. Ensuring proper and timely shipment and issuance of documents from Supplier, Ensure subordinates facilitate timely issuance of necessary documents from suppliers.
• Draft to be checked and approved in 1 working day to monitored closely. Avoid Reissuing / duplication of certificates., Proper checking and timely approval from Buyer Verify and obtain timely approvals from buyers. Set up process of standard SI to be shared with both parties duplication of work to be avoided.
• Handle the reissuance of certificates as needed to avoid financial losses Interacting closely with customers and vendors, Build and maintain healthy relationships with customers, Vendors, Traders to facilitate smooth operations. Ability to get the work done with all parties ,Demonstrate effective problem-solving and negotiation skills to ensure tasks are completed.
• Maintain approachable and healthy relationship with team members Follow-up with bank for Import Bills and Export Negotiations ,Supervise and support subordinates in coordinating with banks for export discounting and import loans, Import LC and Export LC according to business requirements..
• Timely completion of SAP entries / payment through SAP / Filing ,Supervise subordinates to optimize the use of SAP for reports, document management, and payment entries. Regular check to be done on this Acceptance of new processes and continuous learning, Encourage subordinates to adapt to new processes and continuously seek to improve and simplify them..
• Timely submission of Report, Live update on MIS, Attending review calls with full update ,Motivate team to Ensure reports to be submitted within the timeline and to be attentive on the call Gathering and implementing process improvement suggestions Collect and implement constructive feedback and suggestions from subordinates to enhance existing processes and make them easier.
• Development Helping New Joiners with basic working knowledge Help new joiners understand the basic functions and operations of the organization by providing clear guidance Sharing experience and skills
• Share personal experiences and skills to help collogues and new joiners acclimate to the organization. Teamwork Create a collaborative environment, encouraging subordinates to work effectively within the team..
