Our client is a company specialized in media, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Integrated Marketing Solutions :

Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing solutions where advertising is one component of a larger strategic offering.

Client Service & Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Conduct client meetings to understand marketing goals and recommend appropriate media and advertising strategies.

Identify client challenges and present tailored solutions, including detailed timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Oversee campaign execution, providing support throughout ad placement and activation phases.

Project Management :

Create detailed project plans to manage timelines and budgets effectively.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to fulfill client requirements.

Negotiate with suppliers, select project teams, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

Report regularly to clients and senior management (including Mandarin-speaking leaders) on project status and outcomes.

Advertising Channels :

Handle transmedia advertising campaigns, including ads on public transport and in public spaces.

Manage both offline and online advertising initiatives across multiple platforms.

Client Portfolio & Business Development :

Manage a focused portfolio of around 7–8 clients annually, balancing 50% new client acquisition and 50% existing client retention.

Acquire new clients through both inbound (referrals) and outbound (networking, cold outreach) channels.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in account management within advertising or marketing, preferably at an agency.

Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Prior experience with transmedia advertising and public facility ad sales is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (Japanese proficiency is a plus).

Meticulous, well-organized, and logical in thinking.
