Our client is a leading financial services company in Vietnam that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
As a member of the Marketing function team within the Communications, Brand, and Marketing Center (PRM), you will actively contribute to one or more of the following areas to elevate the Company’s brand presence among customers and the public :
Corporate Marketing : Manage the Company’s brand and integrated marketing activities aimed at building the bank’s reputation and brand image.
Product Marketing : Oversee projects and integrated marketing initiatives to promote product features, services, and promotional campaigns that support sales targets, profitability, and customer loyalty.
Field Marketing : Manage brand image and marketing efforts across the Company’s branch network and outdoor advertising channels.
Digital Marketing : Administer the Company’s digital content channels and coordinate advertising, content, and visual campaigns for the bank and its products / services in the digital media environment.
Reporting directly to the Director of the PRM Center, and supported by assigned marketing specialists and staff, your responsibilities will include :
Advising and supporting strategic planning and operational management of the marketing organization.
Developing and managing systems for gathering market intelligence, competitor analysis, customer insights, and internal bank data to enable effective marketing efforts.
Planning and overseeing budgets for brand and marketing programs / projects in line with the marketing strategy, business objectives, and operational model of the Company.
Coordinating the implementation and monitoring the effectiveness of brand and marketing campaigns within your area of responsibility.
Leading, guiding, evaluating, and developing marketing personnel and specialists in the PRM Center; designing efficient workflows for your team and function.
Collaborating closely with other departments within the PRM Center (Communications, Design, and other marketing functions) under the One Team – One Dream spirit to best serve the Brand, Products, and the Company.
Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in team management or managing communication and marketing projects.
Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and planning skills.
Proficient in ideation, content development, and creativity.

Excellent communication, presentation, and writing abilities.
Diligent, quick, meticulous, with a strong willingness to learn and fast learner.
Ability to work under pressure.
