We are looking for a Shoppertainment Marketing Manager who can turn customer insights, product ideas, and social trends into content that people love to watch and are inspired to purchase from.

Tasks

• Lead the shoppertainment and short-form content strategy (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for Lever Sphere’s global eCommerce brands.
• Develop and optimize a content-to-commerce system : from insight and creative concept to storytelling and performance measurement.
• Manage and mentor a team of content creators, video editors, and copywriters , ensuring all content is both engaging and conversion-driven.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Performance teams to scale growth through creative, data-driven initiatives.
