Our client is a leading entertainment company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Job description :
Develop and execute multi-channel User Acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Unity, ironSource, OEM, and other advertising platforms to scale user growth and maximize performance.
Manage, monitor, and optimize key performance metrics including CPI, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and LTV / CAC to ensure investment efficiency and sustainable growth.
Collaborate closely with Product, ASO, and Monetization teams to optimize the conversion funnel, enhance user experience, and drive revenue growth.
Conduct in-depth data analysis (cohort, retention, churn) to extract actionable insights and shape long-term UA and Performance Marketing strategies.
Oversee and manage large-scale UA budgets, ensuring efficient allocation, optimized ROI, and long-term profitability.
Build, lead, and scale the Performance Marketing team, fostering capabilities to execute campaigns and optimize overall marketing performance
Requirements
Knowledge & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, including at least 3 years specializing in Performance Marketing (preferably in mobile apps / games) and 2+ years in a Leadership / Manager role.
Proven experience in team management and direct operation of large-scale UA budgets.
Deep understanding of User Acquisition, Monetization, and Data Analytics.
Proficiency in advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok…) and tracking / attribution tools.
Strong expertise in campaign setup, bid strategy, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
In-depth knowledge of monetization models : in-app ads, rewarded ads, subscriptions, IAP (in-app purchases).
Familiarity with mediation platforms (AdMob, AppLovin MAX, ironSource, Unity Ads).
Proficiency with tracking and analytics tools : AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, Amplitude.
Skilled in cohort analysis, funnel analysis, retention & churn modeling.
Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
