Our client, a fast-growing electronic company in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Create a comprehensive performance management system aligned with company goals, fostering employee engagement and growth.
Oversee performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and coaching to improve employee performance.
Administer the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Ensure the efficient execution of the performance evaluation process.
Conduct research and analysis to establish competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
Arrange training sessions and support employees regarding the performance evaluation process.
Analyze evaluation data and generate reports with recommendations for improvement.
Work with headquarters to create and implement performance-based incentive programs.
Handle HR-related tasks connecting the subsidiary with the parent company.
Provide regular and ad-hoc HR status reports for the subsidiary.
Support the HR Manager in executing HR strategies.
Attend meetings, prepare documents.
Assist in training activities as an interpreter and Korean language instructor.
Manage the reception of Korean delegations.
Requirements
Only open for Koreans.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
3-5 years of experience, preferably in performance management.
Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese.
English is required for work purposes.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
