PERSOLKELLY is urgently looking for an Electrical Leader (High voltage & Medium Voltage), which is responsible for the maintenance of all electrical Systems and devices, promoting safe, environmentally friendly and effective maintenance practices within the Generator and low voltage(MV).Location : Central Vietnam (housing & transportation support)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote and enforce secure, eco-conscious, and skillful maintenance techniques within the department and overseen contractors.
Ensure ongoing enhancement of electrical maintenance throughout the plant systems, assuring a perpetual boost in plant reliability and availability.
Responsible for team growth and training. Formulate necessary protocols to ensure the established maintenance strategy gets recognized and put into action. Offer guidance and oversee critical projects.
Support in advanced maintenance planning and budgeting, sharing responsibility for the approved plan and budget.
Execute equivalent and associated tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENT :

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is a mandatory requirement.

Demonstrated experience of at least 10 years in overseeing and managing electrical maintenance, or an equivalent role in an industrial setting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Proficiency in conducting planning and problem analysis related to the generator and electrical infrastructure of the coal power plant.

Proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings, P&ID drawings, and diagnosing electrical / electromechanical issues.

Knowledgeable about P&ID drawings, conducting visual inspections, and performing routine maintenance on local electrical facilities including GIS, power transformers, circuit breakers (GCB, VCB, ACB), motor control centers (MCC), isolated phase buses, MV / LV switchgear, MOVs, electrical actuators, exciter controllers, generators, UPS systems, AVRs, etc.

Preference for holding certificates of completion in PLC systems, computer science, thermal dynamic theory, rotating machinery vibration theory, and coal management.

Preference for possessing certificates of completion in environmental facilities such as FGD, SCR, and EP (Electrical Precipitation).

Preference for completing a training course on routine or preventive maintenance in coal boiler power plants.

Preference for obtaining certificates of completion from training courses on electrical facilities, including generators, exciters, motors, protection relays, circuit breakers, transformers, UPS systems, and MOVs.

Proficiency in business-level English communication (both written and spoken) and computer literacy, with the ability to communicate and discuss various topics in a business environment.
