Business Analyst (Middle / Senior)

Job description

ABOUT THE JOB

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable specifications for development and QA teams.
• Coordinate system integration efforts, including interactions with third-party applications such as mobile platforms or payment gateway providers via APIs.
• Define business processes, data models, and workflow diagrams to support new features, services, or system improvements.
• Facilitate communication between business users, product owners, and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of project goals and deliverables.
• Perform root cause analysis of reported issues, propose resolutions, and follow up to ensure successful resolution.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, user guides, and process flows.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : assist with test planning, execution, and validation of deliverables against requirements.
• Use SQL to extract, validate, and analyze data for reporting, issue investigation, and decision-making support.
