Their clients include top-tier hotels, international and local restaurants and café chains, cloud kitchens, and commercial food operators.
The Role
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or CRM system
- Deliver scripted sales pitches and product information in a persuasive manner
- Answer customer questions and address objections effectively
- Record customer information, reactions, and outcomes of calls accurately
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to convert prospects
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets or lead quotas
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
- Handle complaints or escalate calls to the appropriate department when needed
- Update customer records in the database and ensure confidentiality
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Telesales role, ideally within the Retail and Hospitality industry.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You are a strong networker & relationship builderYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersWhat's on Offer?
