Mô tả công việcBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. From 2+ years' experience in data analytics or BI roles. Proficiency in Power BI , Tableau , and SQL . Experience with Azure data tools (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, etc.). Knowledge of ETL , data warehousing , and report development. Familiar with Python, DAX, MDX, and optionally Java / C#. Understanding of various data sources (APIs, flat files, XML, databases). Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions across cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of query optimization and performance tuning techniques. Experience working across different OS and hardware environments. ABOUT THE JOB
- Design and implement scalable data models and reporting systems.
- Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy.
- Automate data pipelines and reporting processes.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and gather requirements.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Analyze complex datasets and communicate insights effectively.
- Support survey design, data analysis, and external benchmarking.
- Integrate and evaluate third-party tools for data processing.
- Enable advanced analytics and data storytelling for business value.
