Position : Information Management Sales Consultant

Position Overview
Development of new business across the breadth of Information Management Services speacilizing in the delivery of Digital Services
Essential Job Functions :
Key responsibilities for this position are as follows :
- Research local markets and identify specific customer targets for the provision of Digital Services.
- Explore and Develop opportunities from assigned and existing accounts and opportunities.
- Maintain regular contact with current customers.
- Provide regular reports on current and planned activity.
- Identify and report development opportunities in the provision of additional services.
- Analyze customer feedback on service provision and identify new customer requirements.
- Conduct account review, contract renewals and accounts receivable settlement status
- Generate and qualify leads and establish a sustainable pipeline of business opportunities.
- Update Dynamics (Crown Customer Relationship Management Application)
- Maintain, built and develop existing customer relationships to leverage new and additional business opportunities
- Ensure Revenue targets are met or exceeded
- To cross sell across to other locations for customers having presence in only one or two locations
- To introduce new line of business to existing accounts
- Report to Country Account Manager any issues or questions regarding requests from the accounts beyond the normal scope of work.
Aptitude, Experience and Qualifications
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in digital sales platforms and CRM software.Experience with Effidocx and similar records management software.Knowledge of SaaS solutions and cloud-based services.Understanding of scanning, imaging, and indexing technologies.Familiarity with data security and compliance standards.Sales Skills :
