Adecco's client is a digital network operator, providing a suite of communications services, including mobile, fixed line and fiber offerings, to over two million customers

Job Responsibilities

• Compliance : Ensure compliance with Vietnamese financial regulations and standards, including tax and audit requirements.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare and present accurate financial reports to Singapore HQ, including adaption of IFRS.
• Budgeting and Forecasting : Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Internal Controls : Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Cost Management : Monitor and control operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Teamwork & Leadership : Work with and lead the incumbent finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Strategic Planning : Support the Senior Director, Finance and Vietnam CFO in strategic planning and decision-making processes, providing financial insights and analysis.
