We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Manager to lead revenue generating efforts for our resort. The role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to attract new business, retain existing clients, and maximize profitability across leisure, MICE, and other key market segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel / resort / travel Industry sales, a proactive approach to relationship management, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Position is based in Ho Chi Minh City Sales Office with regular travels within Vietnam, occasionally travel to resort and destination appointed by Commercial Director / Director of Sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Drive room and ancillary revenue through proactive sales efforts and relationship-building with client and travel trade partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and tailor sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage key accounts, attend trade shows and industry events, and represent the property to promote brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Revenue and Operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
  • Track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and adjust tactics based on performance analysis.
  • Ensure that Sales & Catering Systems data are complaint.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • College degree required - 3 years or equivalent experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English is required, other languages would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitive set and distribution channels.
  • Knowledge in computer skills, hospitality and sales systems.
