Assisting in leading the Sales & Marketing team in both strategic and tactical activities.
Business Development and Account Management within all sectors
Working hand in hand with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure the maximum utilisation of resources by the internal sales environment and provide leadership.
Develop working plans to meet targets.
Negotiation of rates and terms and conditions.
Work with the department to ensure simple clear systems are in place to successfully manage the sale and implementation of any new business
Implement and monitor execution of the annual sales plan to achieve the overall organizational business objectives.
Monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks, to form tactical strategies
Research, analyse and monitor various marketing, financial and demographic factors so business opportunities may be captured / optimized, and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized
Meet personal sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
