Sr Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities

Accountabilities :

• Lead in process setup and maintenance of subcon import / export of materials, equipment, tools and other production related item
• Provide & drive solutions for materials & equipment inbound / outbound of Vietnam to support production and business needs
• Manage subcon daily logistics incoming & outgoing shipment and ensure on time delivery of all shipment to internal and external customers
• Setup and maintenance of subcon warehousing process & requirement including the handling of inventory process flow, transactions and accuracy
• Set up and manage B2B system interface & hardware at Subcon and ensure timely data entry and accuracy
• Ensure compliance to internal and external inventory audits and country custom regulations
• Conduct inventory cycle counting monthly / quarterly
• Lead in assigned projects with cross functional team to improve processes and productivity
• Support cost savings projects with lowest cost transportation
