Associate Area Production Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Ensure equipment, machines, process lines are available and reliability for the production activities.
• Control production costs by managing and utilization available production resources (material usage, manpower, machine utilization etc.) and in line with PVM standards
• Co-ordinate with related departments on a daily basis to ensure smooth production operations
• Ensure that production operations are properly executed to manufactured goods in line with the set standards
• Inform / report the implementation superior in case of major or complexity problem to Area Production Manager
• Solve the problems arising in production, following Area Production Manager’s instructions.
• Perform other job-related assignments
• Planning and organization to meet company business goals.
• Cascade and execute the production plans / objectives and adjust operational activities by situation assessment according to available information and resources for best production efficiency.
• Ensure that finished products achieve the company’s quality standards and meet the demands of sales forecast about quantity and kind as well as the stocks’ safety; oversee the production plans and adjustments
• Follow up the implementation of the Company regulations, production procedures and the obedience of hygiene stipulations of production staff
• Guarantee the hygiene, food and labor safety in production area with low waste and energies saving.
• Improve, increase automation on the equipment and process lines.
• Responsible for the identification of opportunities to improve production processes

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, food

With 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG industrial

Communication (both oral & written English & Vietnamese)

Problem solving, Presentation

Microsoft office

Intermediate English level
