Job Description】:

1、Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving complex issues.

2、Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, understanding their business needs and aligning with Alibaba International's goals.

3、Coordinate internal resources to provide timely and effective support, including troubleshooting, training, and process improvement initiatives.

4、Identify opportunities for partnership growth, proposing new initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement them.

5、Monitor partner performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management for decision-making purposes. Job Requirements 【Job Title】:Partner Support Lead

Job Requirements】:

1、College Graduate

2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in partner management or customer support, with a proven track record in a fast-paced, B2B environment.

3、Solid understanding of the e-commerce industry and Alibaba International's business model.

4、Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

5、Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset, with the capacity to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.

6、Fluent in English and at least one other major language, with the ability to navigate cultural differences in a global business setting.
