Department : Data & Business Intelligence Location : Vietnam Department : Data & Business Intelligence Location : Vietnam Job Description Responsibilities :

  • The Pricing Strategy Manager is in charge of market research & analysis of logistics pricing, logistics pricing strategy development & implementation, pricing optimization & financial analysis.
  • Conduct market research related to shipping fee benchmark, promotion programs, discount scheme in the market…
  • Analyze and monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry benchmarks.
  • Consolidate, validate all the market information. Handle all queries related to market intelligence of logistics pricing.
  • Provide market benchmark; financial simulation, business analysis, statistical tools, and ad-hoc data analysis.
  • Set up and implement pricing policies, rate card adjustments process coming with financial impact simulation, approval flow and scenario test.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team to identify key areas to optimize prices, maximize profitability, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Develop a clear and concise communication channel with professional materials : benchmark report, market update, business analysis, dashboard… of logistics pricing.
  • Collaborate with PM team, stakeholder in monitoring, reviewing and analyzing performance across service sectors, and taking part in strategic project to reach business objectives. Job Requirements Qualification :
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English (Speaking and Writing) is a must. Experience :
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, financial analysis, quantitative market research, performance management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies.
  • Knowledge of marketplace operations, logistics landscape and delivery options...
  • Working experience in a well-established 3PL or e-commerce company, or having finance background is a strong plus.Competency :
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of e-logistics pricing, practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends.
  • Experience with statistical modelling and forecasting techniques.
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
  • Deep understanding of pricing strategy / model, revenue & cost principles and financial concepts.
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to assess market dynamics and identify pricing opportunities.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skill to clearly articulate complex pricing concepts to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder management, project management and process excellence, and drive improvement initiatives execution.
