The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the branch in delivering exceptional service to corporate and private clients, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the overall success of the branch. The Branch Manager will oversee all branch operations, manage a team, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Business Development
Build and manage efforts liaising with corporate and private clients.Seek opportunities to develop business across the breadth of the services.Formulate strategies for growing current accounts and developing new relationships.Client Relationship Management
Ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction.Communicate company information to staff effectively and efficiently.Network within the expatriate community and attend company-sponsored events.Operational Excellence
Analyze and report on business trends in the marketplace.Ensure company systems and procedures are adhered to.Team Leadership
Manage and support the branch team to achieve performance goals.Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and job satisfaction.Train team members on processes, procedures, protocols, and policies.Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legislative requirements.Prepare and deliver regular reports on branch performance.Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the management team.Corporate Social Responsibility
Align branch activities with the company’s sustainability strategy.Actively participate in CSR initiatives and promote employee wellbeing.Cross-functional Collaboration

Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.8-10 years in business development, management, or related roles. Experience in MNCs or large companies, managing diverse teams.Experience in 3PL or 4PL.Proven ability to meet business needs and adapt to changing priorities.In-depth knowledge of market trends and strategies.Good understanding of labor laws and regulations.Proficient in developing business opportunities and managing client relationships.Strong skills in managing operations and ensuring compliance.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Fluent in English and native Vietnamese.What we offer
