Job description

Se Joong Trading Company is a backpack-fabric supplier. We own fabric-producing factories in China and one subsidiary - Phuc Trang Import Export Service Trade Co. ltd in Ho Chi Minh City. Your main responsibility is to handle Phuc Trang’s warehouse and Se Joong’s customers in Sales Department (B2B).

  • Relating to Phuc Trang’s warehouse
  • Supervise activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance (some basic checking before shipping fabric to customers), delivery management
  • Support store manager to check fabric and sending fabric to store
  • Manage inventory and report to manager
  • Control the volume of imported goods and inventory for domestic store
  • Relating to Se Joong’s Sales Department
  • Proceed orders from customers
  • Communicate with mother company Se Joong Trading in China for order processes and update with customers
  • Support customers with new fabric developments and projects, including making lab / dip, sample, strike-off, etc.
  • Follow up all matters in order’s processes and report to manager
  • Maintain customer database
  • Check shipment delivery, fabric quality and payment from customers
  • Have meeting with buyers and vendors for current and potential business
  • Handle complaints from customers and offer appropriate solution to them
  • Be on business trip to China occasionally
  • Other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in any majors
  • Experience : 1 year and above in related fields. Fresher is also welcome.
  • Good English communication as you have to work with customers in English
  • Microsoft literacy (Outlook, Excel,
  • Have basic knowledge in textile is a plus
  • CV in English
  • Willing attitude, good manners

  • 2-month probation with 85% of the salary

  • Working hour : Mon to Saturday, 8am to 5pm. 2 Saturdays off per month
