FP&A Analyst

Report to : FP&A Manager (Commercial)

Working location : Office in District 3, HCMC

The Finance Planning & Analysis Analyst will be responsible for :

• Manage / analyse trade spend / sales incentives / OPEX cost & drive spend effectiveness / efficiency
• Monthly cost tracking sent to partners, identify and understand cost trends & cost elements
• Perform month end closing, prepare reporting pack including consolidating / uploading BS, PL, expense by cost Center, AR, AP to Global finance system
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, month end closing cycles
• Prepare, review channel P&L cost allocation (monthly actual / forecast, annual budgeting)
• Business partner of Supply Chain in checking, doing reconciliation for monthly expenses report
• Other ad-hoc reports / analysis related to scope of work required by business situation.
