Job Summary】

  • You will be in charge of Transportation Supervisor
  • Supervise the transportation service providers to perform store’s delivery by following the SOP and delivery schedule. (※SOP : Standard Operating Procedure)
  • Coordinate with WH operation team and store to investigate and solve all claims
  • You are required to manage the team in the specific following jobs related to Outbound operation;

Out-bound team inform to Uway, cut off and loading time

Uway arrange delivery route and send to LA

delivery route confirmation

prints out the Packing List & Internal Delivery Note

check quantity of Oricon and case

in case mismatch, finder will seek unloaded goods in staging area

update result to WMS data

Job description】

1. Arrange the appropriate resources, including people and MHE to accommodate all daily picking assignment following the schedule.

2. Provide the sufficient and physical training to pickers & checkers, including SOP, MHE operating, rules of health & safety and using WMS

3. Ensure data team to generate on WMS all picking list on time and minimize the downtime of picking team

4. Motivate picking & checking team to maintain high productivity and complete all picking assignment according to loading plan and priority.

5. Investigate all abnormal cases during picking process, including damage & out of stock (OOS) without reason

6. Check and feedback all the customer’s claims about discrepancy and damage on delivery to stores within the agreeable timeline.

7. Assign the duty to employees under management, timekeeping, plan, supervise, confirm overtime.

8. Make the daily, weekly and monthly picking KPI report to assist Warehouse Manager and Senior Management to understand our performance.

9. Always follow company’s rules & regulations in performing daily job assignment.

10. Other tasks assigned by warehouse manager and BOD.

  • Bachelor degree
  • Can start work immediately
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Warehouse / Fulfillment Center / Distribution Center
  • At least 1 year of experience in management as a Manager
  • Experienced with inventory control and management
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Understanding processes, standards and practices in the transportation market, using the Transportation management systems (TMS)
  • Knowledge and experiences of setting up procedures / processes, equipment maintenance, and warehouse best practices.
  • Good at data processing, Excellent in excel
  • English : Conversational level
  • Having working experience as warehouse officer in a Start-up company.
  • Experience in retail or FMCG (such as foods, drinks)
