Job Summary】
- We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse assistant Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Outbound Team
- You're responsible for correcting and resolving the problems arising to ensure out bound delivery to customers is propely managed without delay and full capabilities to fulfill any requirements on out bound team.
- You are required to report to Manager and BODs :
progress of loading
suggestion to change cut off time by progress of picking
check WMS reflect result correctly or not.
You are required to manage the team in the specific follwoing jobs related to Outbound operation;Out-bound team inform to Uway, cut off and loading time
Uway arrange delivery route and send to LA
delivery route confirmation
prints out the Packing List & Internal Delivery Note
check quantity of Oricon and case
in case mismatch, finder will seek unloaded goods in staging area
update result to WMS data

To leverage warehouse management experience to lead and manage a successful team in an efficient and cost-effective manner.To utilize expertise in warehouse operations to streamline processes, reduce costs, and maximize efficiency.Using inventory control systems to ensure accuracy of stock levels, minimize losses, and optimize inventory.Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for increasing productivity.To create a safe working environment by implementing safety protocols and managing hazardous materials.To build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.To develop effective policies, procedures, and workflow processes for the warehouse operations.To monitor staffs' performance, provide coaching / feedback, and motivate employees to achieve desired goals.Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality standards.Managing daily operations in a fast-paced environment.Applying extensive knowledge of warehousing methods and principles to maintain optimal inventory levels at all times.Other tasks assigned by manager and BOD.Job Attraction】

Bachelor degreeCan start work immediatelyAt least 3 years of experience in the Warehouse / Fulfillment Center / Distribution CenterAt least 1 year of experience in management as a ManagerExperienced with inventory control and managementKnowledge of warehouse operations, warehouse management systems (WMS)Understanding processes, standards and practices in the transportation market, using the Transportation management systems (TMS)Knowledge and experiences of setting up procedures / processes, equipment maintenance, and warehouse best practices.Good at data processing, Excellent in excelEnglish : Conversational levelHaving working experience as warehouse officer in a Start-up company.Experience in retail or FMCG (such as foods, drinks)Tiếng Anh
