Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor)

Our client offers a wide range of technologies across the entire semiconductor value chain, with a focus on Inspection tools, Metrology and Lithography

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installing, repairing, and maintaining the company products on customers’ site; this includes Metrology and Inspection tools.
• Installing new tools within the SEA region, supporting both Engineering and Application tasks.
• Respond to requests for Maintenance when required.
• Ensure timely provision of correct documentation and feedback to the US factory required.
• Support Sales team, provide feedback to sales team as required to create possible leads for future sales.
• Give Applications feedback and identify opportunities for constant product improvement.
