Job Description

As the Senior Director of Merchandise, you will shape and execute comprehensive merchandising strategies.

In this role, you will lead the selection and procurement of products, optimize inventory management, and collaborate with marketing to drive promotional campaigns.

You will analyze market trends and consumer behavior, manage vendor relationships, and lead a dynamic merchandising team.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in retail merchandising, strong analytical skills, and exceptional leadership abilities.

Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities as Merchandise Director include, but not limited to :

Develop and implement comprehensive merchandising strategies to meet business objectives

• Lead the selection and procurement of products, ensuring a diverse and appealing product range
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform product decisions
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms
• Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and reduce costs
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the merchandising team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
