Job description

  • Having good relationship with carriers, coloaders, airlines to get competitive rate offer from them for all inquiries coming from over agents / customers.
  • Provide AIR / SEA rate by table quotation for branch manager & other teams in the company monthly.
  • Firmly grasp market prices and effectively manage prices
  • Communicate with overseas agent to offer rate accordingly under instruction of branch manager
  • Find new customers and take care of old and potential customers
  • Good connecting with MASTER CONSOL to set up competitive LCL rate from them.
  • Having skills in sales logistics to find free hand customers for consol box of company (Jakarta consol box)
  • Always finding new vendors in good providing trucking, customs broker services professionally
  • Having skills / knowledges, experience in handling project cargo, handle OOG cargo….
  • Lead the pricing team to manage & co-operate with other teams in the company smoothly.
  • Have good sales strategies to show for branch manager if any request
  • Closely track market feedback and competitor pricing, share insights internally

Job requirements

  • CV must be written in English (interview in English / Vietnamese)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of pricing / sales experience from an international freight forwarding company.
  • Strong communication in English
  • Strong People Management Skills
  • Age 25-40
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Positive mindset and a great desire to learn
  • Strong knowledge in NVOCC product & business.
  • Strong in Sales Process and freight forwarding market knowledge.
  • Could work under high pressure.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Foreigh Trade
  • Able to solve problems that arise quickly and effectively
  • Honest, proactive, independent, decisive, careful, enthusiastic, dynamic and responsible at work.
  • Willing to work overtime.
  • Good communication, gentle attitude
  • Ability to work in groups and independently under high pressure.
  • Understanding of Incoterms. Mastering the import-export process

    • SALARY : will be negotiable.

    • WORKING CONDITIONS :

    Monday to Friday : 8 AM - 17 PM

    Saturday : 8 AM - 12 PM

    After 2 months of probation, staff will work in alternate Saturday
