Job Description

1. Polyurethane & Polymer Development- Design and synthesize polyurethane systems (e.g., flexible / rigid foams, elastomers, adhesives, coatings) tailored to customer and market needs.- Develop and modify polymer formulations to meet specific performance, environmental, or processing requirements.- Evaluate raw materials and additives for improved formulation properties. 2. Customer Technical Support- Provide hands-on technical support to customers during product trials and testing phases.- Collaborate with Sales and Technical Service teams to interpret customer requirements and translate them into viable chemical solutions.- Customize formulations based on application feedback and specific end-use requirements. 3. Application Testing & Analysis- Conduct application testing in laboratory or pilot-scale settings to assess material performance.- Analyze and interpret experimental results to drive formulation improvements.- Prepare technical documentation including test reports, product datasheets, and application guidelines. 4. Regional & Global Collaboration- Work alongside the regional R&D team to support international customers and contribute to cross-border technical projects.- Share best practices and formulation knowledge across different market segments and geographical regions. 5. Compliance & Documentation- Maintain accurate and detailed lab records in line with company SOPs and industry standards.- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines in all R&D activities.

Job Requirement

Education : Graduated from a top-tier science or engineering university in Vietnam or abroad.・Language : Business Level in English (Must) and Japanese (highly preferred).・Experience : - Ideally has experience studying or working in Japan, with a good understanding of Japanese culture and work style.- Knowledge of polymer synthesis is required.- Experience specifically with polyurethane synthesis or manufacturing is highly preferred, though not mandatory.

  • Notes : While polyurethane experience is a strong plus, the focus remains on finding a candidate with a solid background in polymer chemistry.
