Technical Merchandiser Manager (Sweater_Open for Expat)

Our esteemed client, a well-known Garment Factory in North, Vietnam, is actively seeking talented Merchandiser Manager (Sweater_Open for Expat) to join the team Roles and Responsibilities :

• Review work load within team and divide works to team member base on capacity and skill / experience.
• Follow up daily team work, monitoring all workings. Giving working guide line to team members.
• Check Developing calendars and follow up with developers / YOK in order to get the one time approval samples before Bulk production as well as cross checking the costing information if need.
• Sourcing materials for development.
• Prepare and make the costing for Sweater
• Follow up with team regarding to leftover materials and try to minimize as much as possible as well as saving cost in all activities.
• Share all instruction from management to team and make sure team is following with company procedure as well as management instruction.
• Check and fulfill all required reporting.
• Resolve and work with all concerns when Receive Customer’s feedback on our garments.
• Training for new members as well as retraining for all staffs to make sure all team activities working based on SOP.
• Provide training for more understanding Buyer's Techpack / Garment construction knowledge as well as character of raw material"

REQUIREMENT :

• A Bachelor's Degree OR Graduated from college
• From 5 years of similar position in Garment / Apparel company, focus on sweater is compulsory
• Good at Microsoft Office
• Good at leadership skill
• Good English communication
• Be Familiar and know about knitting construction is preferable.
