Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment :
- Needs Analysis & Planning : Partner with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop effective, tailored recruitment plans.
- Sourcing & Engagement : Proactively source, identify, and engage passive candidates through a variety of channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future opportunities.
- Candidate Assessment : Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Full-Cycle Management : Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
2. Employer Branding :
Brand Enhancement : Participate in employer branding activities to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract top IT talent.3. Other :
Market Intelligence : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to hiring managers.Reporting & Analytics : Track and report on key recruitment metrics to senior management, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and insights.What You'll Bring to the Team :
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience).4+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition , with a passion for connecting top tech talent with exciting opportunities.Exceptional communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.You'll have a proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles like Quality Control, Backend Engineering, Frontend Engineering, and Product Design.You're a proactive sourcer who knows how to engage passive candidates and build relationships that lead to successful hires.A drive to excel in a results-oriented environment. You're comfortable working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and are motivated by achieving ambitious goals.Strong negotiation and influencing skills. You're able to secure top talent while building positive, long-lasting relationships.Bonus Points :
