Job Description
You will join our IT team as a Senior .NET Developer, where you will work on developing our in-house ERP system and contribute to a wide range of other projects within Mantu Group. These projects cover areas like business intelligence, user-friendly design, and system efficiency. You will also be involved in a Scrum / Agile team, collaborating with cross-functional teams like Helpdesk, UX, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Build Mantu Group ERP system, used by thousands of people globally, across domains like HR, Finance, Business, and other corporate functions.
- Design efficient projects using appropriate technologies and frameworks with an emphasis on providing great user experience.
- Conduct technical research to continuously expand your expertise within and beyond your current tech stack.
- Practice pair programming, code reviews, and mentoring other team members.
- Collaborate with your Product Owner :
Represent the technical perspective for your PO.
Challenge UX design and make suggestions.Help identify ways to increase the value your team delivers through user discovery.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT organization :Recommend improvements in tooling.
Identify and address process-related issues.Enhance team resources such as training materials, wikis, and documentation.Lead technical refactoring initiatives, from audit through planning to implementation.Act as a technical advocate, representing ongoing projects and anticipating upcoming needs.Contribute to Mantu TechShare programs such as internal blogs, innovation days, and podcasts, fostering personal development and community engagement.Promote the values and mindset of Mantu's IT Team.Ideal candidates
Proficiency in .NET Core and RestAPI is required.Strong understanding of Dependency Injection, theory, and practical application.Expertise in advanced asynchronous coding (await, task, DataFlow).Experience with profiling and benchmarking .NET code.Proficiency in C# is essential; familiarity with F# is a plus.Knowledge of event-based programming and data immutability is a bonus.Familiarity with Mantu's technology stack : EF & EF Core, ASP.NET / Core, and Auth0.Strong API design skills, including REST / RESTful principles and experience in designing APIs from scratch or migrating suboptimal APIs to best practices (Domain-Driven Design is a plus).Familiarity with automation testing of APIs.Experience with relational DBMSs (e.g., MSSQLServer), including usage, design, and performance improvement.Bonus : experience migrating non-isolated to isolated applications.Knowledge of graph DBMSs (e.g., Neo4j or ArangoDB) and experience designing models is a plus.Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Search and Elasticsearch is a bonus.Skilled in writing technical documentation (C4, Togaf, or 4+1) and following best practices, such as documentation near code.Proficiency in Git-based SDLC tools, particularly Azure DevOps Online; knowledge of trunk-based or nvie-gitflow is a plus.Bonus : experience with infrastructure as code, Ansible (Windows / Linux), Docker, or Podman.Why US?
