Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the team to maintain customer standards.
- Ensure timely communication and updates, including seasonal feeds to customers.
- Stay informed on market trends and guide the team accordingly.
- Serve as the main point of contact for specific accounts.
- Coordinate with design counterparts and suppliers.
- Manage the creation of tech packs and samples.
- Address technical concerns and propose alternatives as needed.
- Oversee production processes, including printing, embellishment, and washing.
- Ensure customer-specific preparations for meetings.
- Build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.
- Foster a collaborative work environment.
- Adapt to additional duties as needed.
