What you will do
The overall purpose of the job :
- Manages a customer service team and coordinates with a transportation team to ensure Customer Orders are delivered on-time and in-full (OTIF D, OTIF) in a cost efficiency manner whilst always seeking ways to improve service.
- Monitors a warehouse team to ensure all warehouse activities are operated according to SOPs and meet targeted KPIs.
Essential duties and responsibilities :
Responsible for Customer service in leading and supervising customer service team in archive the customer service goal – OTIF D.Responsible for Customer service, as 1st point of escalation for Customer Service issues with Trade and Sales teams includes handling of sale orders, sample sale orders, allocations, returns and operational complaints.Responsible for Customer Relationship in providing timely responses to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints or issues.Liaises with franchise people and Planning on sales plan.In charge of customer services in providing daily, weekly sale update to management board and sale team.Monitors with 3PL on daily activities to deliver the business goals.Implements and ensures SOPs relating to pricing, forecasting, warehousing, delivery and customer complaints followed and complied.Ensure all customer complaints regarding orders, billing, shipping and products are recorded, tracked and reported properly.Ensure compliance to all training requirements.Qualifications
What we are looking for
Essential knowledge and skills :Have at least 2 years in Supply chain, logistic experience, especially in Customer.Service, handling for customer order process, experience in FMCG warehousing &distribution is a plus.Have SAP experience in Order-To-Cast Process.Ability to deal with uncertainties and multi-tasks.Effective communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills; good analytical skills, leadership skills.Problem solving & decision making with internal and external stakeholders.Good English writing & speaking.Proficiency in MS Office applications
