Head of Growth
Role Overview :
- Be the  architect and engine of Circle's user growth  from pre-launch to scale! Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy and execution, driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization for our credit card in Vietnam.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven growth roadmap, spanning marketing channels (digital, physical, performance, social, content, partnerships), product-led growth initiatives, and viral loops.
- Lead, build, and optimize all acquisition funnels, rigorously testing hypotheses, iterating quickly, and scaling successful channels to achieve aggressive user and portfolio targets.
- Work intimately with Product, Tech, and Design teams to embed growth loops and viral mechanics directly into the product experience, ensuring a seamless and sticky user journey from first touch to long-term loyalty.
- Establish a robust analytics framework and reporting infrastructure to track key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn), analyze user behavior, and derive actionable insights to fuel continuous optimization.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic growth partnerships (e.g., co-brands, distribution, referral programs) that expand our reach and deliver measurable impact.
- Build and potentially lead a lean, high-performing growth team as Circle scales. Leverage AI tools and advanced analytics for hyper-personalization, segmentation, campaign optimization, and predictive modeling for user behavior.
Requirements
Proven track record (8+ years) in a Head of Growth, Growth Lead, or similar senior role, demonstrably achieving aggressive user acquisition and retention targets for  B2C digital products , preferably in banking, fintech, e-commerce, or mobile-first consumer apps in Vietnam.Deep expertise across the full growth stack : performance marketing (SEM, paid social), organic growth (SEO, ASO, content), CRM / lifecycle marketing, referral programs, and strong experience with product-led growth strategies.Exceptional analytical skills, highly data-driven, and proficient with A / B testing methodologies, growth analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel), and SQL for data querying.Experience building and optimizing acquisition funnels, driving down CAC, and increasing LTV.Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable growth experiments and scale initiatives.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Risk teams.Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and possessing a strong bias for action. Familiarity with AI / ML applications in marketing, personalization, or growth analytics.Good-to-Have Skills & Experience :
Specific experience launching a new product or brand in Vietnam.Direct experience with credit card, lending, or payments products.Familiarity with PR / Comms strategies to amplify growth efforts.Experience in partnership development and negotiation for growth initiatives.Background in product management or data science.Experience building and managing a small growth team.Benefits
