Mô tả công việcDevelop strategic and operational plans for the commercial category, managing execution and measuring results. Develop strategies, schedules and work assignments to ensure projects meet time and budget goals. Develops, maintains and analyzes supplier performance measurements. Develops recommendations for reducing costs and improving quality. Support Procurement HoD in building up the new policies and processes, then deliver alignment and training to releted stakeholders / departments. Review and find the opportunities of process and policy innovation and improvement to make the StP process more transperant, simplified, faster, clearer and being in line with company compliance and policy. Manages sourcing processes, standards and practices to ensure programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives. Support the development and implementation of local and global strategies & program to ensure Company spend is being fully leveraged. Ensure compliance with company guidelines, Contract policy, Procurement policies, company code of ethics and procedures guidance during supplier negotiation and contract award process. Flexible and down to the earth. Maintain supplier database and make cost driver analysis. Set up and renew cost model for cost analysis (understand supply and demand market, category supply market, cost structure, TCO, etc.). Administer contracts, orders, and commitments for goods and services. Forecast, monitor and report performance targets. Delivering assigned cost savings targets and payment term. Responsible for aggressive cost saving through continually develop new alternative suppliers, e-auction Ensuring sourcing and contract compliance with Company Policy. Ensuring the accuracy of the data Attend meetings and update others on issues or concerns, particularly when there is a risk which could prevent the organization meeting internal customers’ demands or where there are over capacity concerns. Conduct projects or tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor in a timely manner. Bachelor degree on finance, economics, etc. Above 5 years’ experience in FMCG procurement area. Above 7 years of experience in procurement area, especially Commercial Category. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English) Skillful in computer software : Excel, Words, Powerpoint etc Experience with SAP Cross-functional team participation Ability to balance multiple priorities Ability to work independently, optimize and implement processes Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work with minimal direction Proven analytical, negotiation and influence skills required Working knowledge of statistical methods Good Analysis Documentation skill
A. PURPOSE OF POSITION
- Strategic category management for the in-charged category, sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supplier management.
- Commercial Category : managing all requirement comes from Commercial team (MKT, trade MKT and Sales team of Business Unit – Southeast Asia) including Above the Line and Below the Line (from Leading Agency to promotional items and the CAPEX for Commercial team)
