Develop and communicate the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.

Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve long-term objectives.

Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.

Ensure sound financial management, including budgeting, financial planning, and risk management.

Optimize financial performance and maintain financial stability.

Provide effective oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.

Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Provide leadership and guidance to senior executives and department heads.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the board, investors, customers, partners, and employees.

Act as the primary spokesperson for the organisation.

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and shareholder value.

Seek and evaluate investment opportunities and partnerships that align with the organisation’s strategic objectives.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Report to the board on organizational performance, financial health, and strategic initiatives.

Promote innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance the organization’s competitiveness.

Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or or Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role, preferably in the logistics industry.

Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution.

Strong financial acumen and experience in financial management.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving growth and profitability.

Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
