Make an impact

Validate and post AP documents daily, ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting standards.―Record forwarder fee invoices accurately for import, local, and export shipments.―Reconcile AP balances monthly, including GI / IR reconciliation with local suppliers.―Monitor the monthly AP aging report to check the payment term, vendor’s information to ensure the system is set up and operate correctly.―Confirm balances with vendors periodically for audit support and accuracy.―Process Travel & Expense reimbursements and monitor advance payments.―Assist in contract management, closing procedures, and tax document preparation.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following :

Education background in Accounting, Finance or relevant majors.―Ideally 3-5 years experience as AP Accounting role from international manufacturing environment.―Processes strong knowledge of local accounting standard (VAS), tax law and International accounting standards (IFRS).―Ability to manage large amounts of data, complex transactions and reporting process and high attention to detail and accuracy. Strong background and experience with a mid to large enterprise accounting system and SAP.―Results-driven, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
